0) Inquiry categories (subject prefixes)
  • [General] — product questions, UX feedback, language suggestions

  • [Bug] — broken flows, crashes, incorrect routing (include URL and steps)

  • [Correction] — factual errors, outdated references, mistranslations (quote the sentence)

  • [Ads/Partnership] — advertising or collaboration inquiries only

2) What to include in a bug report
  • Page URL where the issue occurred

  • Device/OS/browser version (if possible)

  • Expected behavior vs actual behavior

  • Screenshot or short screen recording (optional)

4) Content correction requests

Use [Correction] in the subject. Include the page URL and exact sentence. Verified corrections are reflected in scheduled content updates.

5) Expected response window

General inquiries: within 3-5 business days. Critical issues (broken core flows, policy inaccuracies): prioritized as fast as possible.
